At this year’s shareholders’ meeting of VTL CargoFamily on June 30, 2026, in Bad Salzschlirf, the Supervisory Board was re-elected as scheduled. Over the next four years, the board will guide the strategic development of the cooperative and provide important impetus for its future.

Incumbent members Jürgen Frömberg (Maier Spedition GmbH, Singen), Marc Eckhardt (Walter Eckhardt GmbH, Korntal-Münchingen), and Nils Heidenreich (Garbe Transport GmbH, Hamburg) were re-elected to their positions and will continue their work on the Supervisory Board. At the same time, Nancy Auch (Auch GmbH, Annaburg) and Maximilian Briem (Otto Briem Speditions-GmbH, Filderstadt) were newly elected and will strengthen the board going forward.

“We look forward to working with the newly constituted board and are confident that its experience and expertise will provide important impetus for the future development of VTL,” said Managing Director Markus Egerer.

With this election, Herbert Rothschild’s (Kurt Rothschild GmbH & Co. KG, Ulmen) term of office also comes to an end. Heinz Hintzen (Hintzen Logistik GmbH, Eschweiler) stepped down in December 2025. VTL CargoFamily extends its sincere thanks to both of them for their many years of dedication, their valuable support, and their dedication to the successful development of the partnership over the past years.

The newly elected Supervisory Board begins its four-year term with the goal of further developing the VTL CargoFamily strategically, in collaboration with management and the shareholders, and of continuing the successful collaboration within the network.
