(Fulda, 27 April 2023) – For 25 years, VTL Vernetzte-Transport-Logistik GmbH has been a strong partner for small and medium-sized forwarding companies when it comes to the reliable handling and distribution of general cargo. In addition to its nationwide coverage, VTL offers a wide range of standardised services as well as individual value-added services for its partners and customers. Emons Spedition GmbH has been a new VTL partner at the Duisburg location since the end of March 2023. From 02 May 2023, Xpress Logistik GmbH will strengthen the network in the Bielefeld region.
Emons Spedition Duisburg is a specialist in freight transport by ship, rail and truck. As an important location in the steel industry and the largest inland port, Duisburg is the ideal transhipment point for goods of all kinds in the Rhine-Ruhr region. With Emons Duisburg, VTL was able to win another Emons house for participation in the network. The Emons locations score with high quality and reliability. The new depot has been participating in the regional HUB in Gelsenkirchen since March and will also use the central hub in Fulda from 02 May 2023.
Xpress Logistik GmbH was founded in 2008 and will strengthen the VTL network in the Bielefeld region from 02 May 2023. The company, which is geared towards expansion, plans to expand its service portfolio and its digital infrastructure in the coming years. “With VTL, we have found the right partner to meet the needs of our customers and our future strategy. Currently, for example, classic pallet shipping is becoming increasingly important to our customers. The network convinces us not only with good quality, but also with fair conditions, so that the cooperation brings advantages for all parties involved,” says operations manager Aykut Erboy.
With its exhibition stand at transport logistic, the leading international logistics trade fair from 9-12 May 2023 in Munich, VTL is creating a meeting point for existing partners, potential new partners and customers, where the focus is on the idea of networking. Business partners and those interested in general cargo will have the opportunity to meet VTL in Hall B5 Stand 221/322 and exchange views on challenges and creative approaches to solutions in cooperation and the logistics industry, new and existing business models and innovations, but also to strengthen international business relations in Europe.
