The past few months have clearly shown us that changes cannot always be planned. Suddenly they are there and we are faced with new challenges. But there are two sides to every coin. A crisis situation, no matter how difficult and uncomfortable, also initiates a process of rethinking. If we face up to new challenges, we can see change as an opportunity, recognize positive aspects and grow – this applies to business and private life.
We are proud of our general cargo network and the people who accompany us. They all master new challenges day after day with great commitment, drive and flexibility. For this, we would like to thank all our employees, system partners and customers. Real logistics heroes who don’t complain, but do and are part of our system-relevant industry.
At the end of 2021, VTL expects a predictable change, for which the general cargo cooperation has prepared itself very well. The long-standing Managing Director Andreas Jäschke will retire. As his successor, Johanna Broese will take over the management and steer the company’s fortunes. Our visions, goals and values are clearly defined. Together, we have set the course for a modern and innovative network and look to the future with confidence.
At this point, we would also like to thank Andreas Jäschke, who can look back with pride on a stable network, satisfied partners and secure jobs. With his good intuition, negotiating skills and powers of persuasion, he has courageously broken new ground. This has made VTL strong and a leading general cargo cooperation that can adapt and hold its own in any changing market situation.
